Orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping is free and tracked on all orders over $350; standard tracked shipping rates apply below that threshold. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address you provided. If you need to change your address after an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee the change will reach the carrier in time. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Report a missing or delayed package within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Packages more than 30 days overdue are considered lost — contact us and we will investigate.
