Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. Research compounds require a controlled, unbroken cold chain to remain valid for research use, which we cannot verify once a product has left our facility.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us with details and photo evidence within a reasonable time of delivery, and we will investigate and reship or otherwise remedy the issue at our discretion.
You may cancel an unpaid order at any time. Once an order has been paid, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation — we cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered processing, and orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
